Welcome, I’m Melissa and I’ve lectured in skincare, complementary therapies and anatomy/physiology for 25 years and loved it. However, in 2023, I decided the time had come for me to change direction and that’s when I founded my business, Heel2Heal Aroma & Reflex.

Our mantra is to treat every client like gold, to listen and tailor treatments to them.

Your individuality is our priority. Pure essential oils are used in a lot of our treatments, with the option of taking them home to continue your treatment benefits. The blends are made in front of you, following on from findings from your free consultation.

Kaeso Facial Treatments
This beautiful facial combines mulberry, pomegranate and aloe vera product ingredients,  designed to replenish dehydrated skins and calm sensitive/allergy prone  skin conditions.  Includes deep cleansing and exfoliation, hot mitt treatment, deep tissue head, face and shoulder massage (with or without aromatherapy essential oils), soothing mask and cooling crystal roller treatment.  Leaves skin feeling radiant and rejuvenated.

Dermalogica Facial and Body Care
Using this world-renowned professional product range, these facial, back or body treatments are designed to smooth, regenerate, firm, hydrate and defend your facial and body skin.  Facial and body treatments always include facial or body mapping to assess skin concerns, dermalogica exfoliation with hot mitt treatment to brighten skin followed by a deep tissue or relaxing massage…bliss!

Aromatherapy
The ancient art of blending pure essential oils; dating back to the Persians in the 10th Century.  French physicians in the 19th Century recognised the potential of essential oils in treating disease and they were used for treating injured soldiers during WW1 and WW2.  Aromatherapy combines pure, plant extract essential oils, to complement healing.  This enables the body to ease and manage a wide variety of health concerns, including joint, muscular and headache pain, insomnia and sleep quality, digestion and menstrual symptoms, boost relaxation, improve mood and emotional wellbeing.  The essential oils are blended in carrier oils and applied to the body via light or deep tissue massage therapy. 

Hot Stones
When were you last tense and stressed? How did your body feel and what was going through your mind?  Hot stone therapy can relieve your tension and pain fast and effectively.  Dating back 5,000 years, it was practised by the Hindus in India.  We combine aromatherapy massage therapy with hot or cold basalt rock stones, which are rich in magnesium and iron. Involves a set of specialised massage techniques applied to the face and body, to combat stress, aid relaxation, breakdown scar tissue adhesions, improve muscular and joint pain, blood and lymphatic flow and nerve pathway function. The combination of heat and pressure from the stones allow for a deeper massage.  The pressure is always bespoke to you. 

Reflexology
An ancient treatment dating back 5,000 years to Egypt. Designed to unblock QI energy which flows in complete segments or “zones” in the body, alongside blood, lymph and nerves, allowing the body to heal itself and restore health and wellbeing.  Excellent for deep relaxation and stress relief, pain management, tension headaches, insomnia, fertility issues, menstrual symptoms, digestive and urinary concerns.  Reflexology can even ease eye strain from too much screen time, where the muscles surrounding the eyes can be relaxed!  Includes a mint pre-foot cleanse/massage, full treatment relaxing foot massage infused with bespoke, pure essential oils. 

Chakra balancing, affirmation cards and insight
A treatment involving a combination of crystals and beautiful pendulums.  As you lie on the couch surrounded by warm blankets, feel yourself relax, whilst listening to serene music. A combination of palm crystals and cabochons (polished and rounded crystals) and pendulums work on every chakra of your body, rebalancing them.  Cabochon crystals are particularly good at relieving stress, headaches, and migraines.  They also have a profound ability to calm our mental and emotional states, providing a deeply positive aura to help release anxiety and worry.  When it comes to mental and emotional health, chakra balancing is the perfect treatment.  Can include tips for achieving a deep state of relaxation for meditation and insight using affirmation cards.

Having had such a lovely relaxing aromatherapy facial I re booked for a full body massage today, honestly blown away with such a great treatment that really did cover head to toe. The pressure was great and so relaxing, with a specific blend of oils just for me and a little bottle to take home too…parking on site which is a bonus. Melissa is such a hard working therapist and really does know her stuff, please book in you won’t be disappointed. I have also made another booking for a couple of weeks time.

Highly recommend Melissa, I had a Deep tissue massage and Exfoliation lasting approx 45 minutes. I had not realised how stressed and tight my muscles had become in my back effecting my walking, posture and general way that I felt.
